Refund policy

  • Returns & Exchanges:

We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. Your returned items should meet the following criteria.

  1. In original condition (unwashed/unworn)
  2. Tags attached
  3. Purchased within last 30 days
  • Charges for Returns & Exchanges:

You will NOT be charged delivery fees in the event that the fault is from our end like the wrong size or item was sent or the item is faulty. However, you will unfortunately be charged delivery fees if you wish to exchange or refund an item because you no longer want it or want something else. 

  • Local Pickups:

If you're close by New Cairo and would like to pick up your order, please arrange with us through Instagram or facebook's DMs.
